Ok Go › Last Leaf

The guys from Ok Go should just get all the video awards at this point. In another creative turn, they've released a whole new video that was made using nothing but 215 loaves of bread! Last Leaf is taken from their album Of The Blue Colour Of The Sky. Watch the toasty video below:

Katy Perry's Lucky 7

This year's favorite girl is not only getting married this weekend! Katy Perry now owns 2010's longest-running #1 song on the chart as Teenage Dream remains steady at the top for a 7th non-consecutive week. I know there's still a few weeks left till '10 is over, but the chances of another song topping this one are slim. If you like facts, the only other song to have stayed at #1 for 7 weeks was Shadowplay by The Killers.

But is this Katy's last week at the summit? It may be, given Kings Of Leon's fast approach to the #2 position with Radioactive, which is the greatest gainer song for a second consecutive week. It only helps that their new album, Come Around Sundown, has just been released. Eight other tracks from that album enter the chart this week with The End leading at #68.

Katy Perry Ties for Most Weeks at #1 in 2010

It's week number six at the top for Katy Perry and her Teenage Dream. That puts her in quite a relevant category as she has now tied Two Door Cinema Club's Undercover Martyn for most weeks at #1 for the year 2010. We'll have to wait till next week to see if she can surpass this feat and become the year's biggest hit. You may also want to know that this is Katy Perry's biggest hit ever in my chart as her previous releases went barely noticed.

There's lots of competition though now that Kings Of Leon have finally taken off, landing at #4 this week with Radioactive, which coincidentally is also this week's greatest gainer. B.o.B also enters the top 10 with his Rivers Cuomo collaboration, Magic (#8) after only two weeks on the chart. That's his third top 10 hit after Nothin' On You and former #1, Airplanes. Also new to the top 10 is Flo Rida who, with the help of David Guetta, lands at #9 with Club Can't Handle Me.

OK Go › White Knuckles

It's official! The guys from OK Go have the best, most elaborate, entertaining and amazing one-take videos ever (sorry Kanye!). This one is their latest work, taken from the album Of The Blue Colour Of The Sky, and I'll just say that I watched it about seven times before posting it here. You really can't go wrong with trained dogs! And the song is really catchy too.
