Eminem & Lil Wayne › No Love

If it ain't broke don't fix it, they say. Eminem presents his new video targeting the social issue of school-bullying as background story to No Love, the third single off his new album Recovery which features rapper Lil Wayne. Personally, it's not one of the top songs on my list just because of the "sing-rapping" verses. Let's face it, he should just rap and leave the hooks to a female singer. Lil Wayne is ok in this but he gets too much airtime, almost feeling like it's his record. And last, the sample brings back some MC Hammer-era images that I thought I had already forgotten. SNL skits anyone? Ok, I admit, it's really not a good match but in the end it's still listenable.
