Check out Avril Lavigne's latest single and video. The song is called What The Hell, and apart from her showing her smoking body, I can't say much more about it. Well, she does look exactly like she did about 10 years ago when she broke out into the music world with Complicated. Not a lot of evolution there, wouldn't you say? This song will be included in her upcoming fourth studio album titled Goodbye Lullaby, which is expected to be released in early March.
