The Week's New Releases (Oct12,'10)

Not much to look forward to this week. Maybe Lil Wayne? Not really. Despite his album being available as a digital download a few weeks ago, it's just now that its getting an "official" release. Darius Rucker, frontman of the extinct(?) Hootie & The Blowfish band. Nope. Wait! There's a new Sufjan Stevens record out. I should check that out. What I noticed is that there are quite a few new holiday releases this week by... random artists, including a compilation record by the Now That's What I Call Christmas! franchise. What gives?
