Kings Of Leon top album and singles charts

Kings Of Leon have topped the charts this week (September 28) with their single 'Sex On Fire' and fourth album 'Only By The Night'.

The 220,000 copies of the album sold give the band the second biggest first-week sales of the year, behind Coldplay's 'Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends'.

Kings Of Leon also see their previous album, 'Because Of The Times', stay at Number 12 and can celebrate a new entry in the singles chart from album track 'Use Somebody' at Number 29.

Katy Perry's 'I Kissed A Girl' is still Number Two in the singles top ten, which also sees Iglu & Hartly's 'In This City' rise to Number Five.

Rihanna's album 'Good Girl Gone Bad' is at Number Two in the album chart, which also sees new entries from Pink Floyd's David Gilmour, at Number Ten with 'Live In Gdansk', TV On The Radio, at Number 33 with 'Dear, Science', and Mogwai, at Number 35 with 'The Hawk Is Howling'.

The singles top ten is:
