Scream And Shout is the newest promotional single from will.i.am's upcoming, and quite delayed studio album #willpower, which is now set for an early December release. This new collaboration features vocals from pop star Britney Spears. The pair worked previously on a song called Big Fat Bass which was then included in Spears' 2011 album release Femme Fatale.
