Take a look at Kelly Rowland in her new video for Motivation, featuring rapper Lil Wayne. Extremely sexual if you ask me, so watch if you can take the excessive groping and crotch-grabbing. This is about the fifth single from her still-expected and as-yet-untitled third studio album. We see her take a step back into R&B territory which at this point sounds like a crossover considering the big hits she's had recently with dance music, more specifically, those David Guetta collaborations.
